Duck Lily lived in a large pond surrounded by a dense forest. One day, trouble came to her home - a strong forest fire started, threatening to destroy not only the pond, but also all the inhabitants around. Lily realized that she had to find a way to help her friends and save her home.
Lily flew high above the forest to see where the fire was coming from, and noticed that it was spreading quickly, covering new territories. Without wasting time, Lily decided to fly to the nearest lake for water to start extinguishing the fire.
Arriving at the lake, Lily found a way to fill her beak with water and flew back to the fire. She returned for water again and again, spilling drops on the flames, hoping that her small efforts would help.
But her strength was limited, and Lily realized that she could not cope alone. Then she shouted loudly to call other birds for help. Soon a flock of birds gathered around her, each of which took up the task, filling their beaks with water and helping to extinguish the fire.
Soon they were joined by animals who began to dig ditches around the pond to stop the fire. In a united impulse, the forest inhabitants fought the fire together, and thanks to their efforts, the fire began to subside.
When the fire was extinguished, the forest inhabitants thanked Lily for her courage and determination. Thanks to her heroic act, the pond and forest remained intact, and Lily gained the respect and gratitude of everyone around.
